SALES TRAINING AT ACQUIRENT
Training is one of our greatest strengths. While a more traditional training process begins and ends with a new hire’s onboarding process—Acquirent’s sales training is an ongoing immersion into both timeless and true sales techniques, as well as into cutting-edge sales technology, to ultimately produce well-versed, creative, and extremely effective sales professionals. Every Acquirent Sales Representative, whether a rookie or a seasoned vet, must attend our twelve week Sales Fundamental Series. Once a week, one of Acquirent’s managers or partners presents on a different aspect of the art and science of sales. Attendees take weekly quizzes, and must pass a final exam at the end of the course. Expanding on that, our open floor plan offers an incredibly conducive environment to less formalized, on-going training for our sales reps. Managers utilize the latest sales technology to provide live feedback, listen in on calls, and play back pitches that are still working towards perfection. Week after week, managers work with any rep that may be struggling to ensure they have the tools and the training they need in order to be successful.
New this year, our newest sales reps all start their morning with an online warm-up pitch, recorded and graded by their managers. This technology has proven so successful in fact—that we created an entire blog series around it.
Finally, we understand that training comes from not just formalized settings—so we created our Mentorship Program. New employees are paired up with older, more seasoned vets—bringing the training and camaraderie to a whole new level here at Acquirent.
