Pete Kadens, Founder and Member

Pete Kadens is a successful entrepreneur and experienced leader who started Acquirent out of his apartment. In January 2007 Pete was elected by his peers as the President of the National Association of Sales Outsourcers, an organization with fifteen member organizations that sets the ethical standards and business practices for the industry. Kadens is widely considered as one of the foremost experts on outsourced sales and is often quoted in articles related to this industry. In his four and a half years as the CEO of Acquirent he was responsible for overseeing and building much of the operational infrastructure, including the development of the recruiting processes, the staffing of the executive team, creation and management of all of the implementation processes for clients, and business development that brought in clients such as Staples Office Supplies, Constellation Energy, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Midas International, and FEI Corporation.

In 2007, Pete was nominated as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year candidate in the Great Lakes Region. Prior to Acquirent, Pete was employed at UBS Financial Services and Investment Bank for four years.

Pete is currently the President of SoCore Energy, a solar energy services organization.

Pete graduated from Bucknell University (PA) with honors. He is extremely involved in the community and he is the youngest ever individual elected to the Board of Directors of the Holocaust Memorial Foundation of Illinois. Pete is also the Vice President of the Alumni Board of Directors of Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity at Bucknell University, he sits on the Advisory Board of Directors at ForceLogix LLC, a Chicago based technology company, and the Advisory Board of Directors at TipTop Branding, a Chicago based ad specialty company.
