The Acquirent Way.
Four principles
permeate every aspect of our business:
1
We exist to help our clients grow their business.
Period.
2
None of us are as smart as all of us working
together.
We come together as a company to achieve those
things which we cannot individually. In order
to derive the greatest benefit from this synergy,
we respect the opinions, ideas, and ideals
of our colleagues and clients regardless of
their level of employment. We provide reasonable
compensation and ample opportunities for advancement.
We hire only the most qualified people, knowing
that a wrong hire may cost us – more
than money –but the very foundation
upon which this principle is built.
3
As a company we are part of a larger community.
The richness of our lives can only be realized
through service. Service to the communities
we live and work in. Service to the companies
who can improve with our efforts. While it’s
easy to become distracted by the minutia of
dollars and cents, fundamentally, we use the
power of sales to help people. In the face
of 9/11, the devaluation of the dollar, the
tremendous imbalances in the exports of goods
and services, radically changing age-demographics,
and the often disruptive nature of technological
advancement, the opportunity to design and
build a sales structure that can revolutionize
the way a whole community of companies does
business is not an opportunity – it
is a duty.
4
We must build a sound business.
A sound business with capital reserves can
continue to improve the businesses of our
clients and the communities in which we live.
A business that continues will improve the
livelihood of our employees, owners and their
families. An unsound business, however spectacularly
profitable in the short-run, is destructive
beyond measure. |
